Hello, All good advice. The thing to not to forget is to get some exercise. It doesn't have to be heavy, but you've got to get that bod moving. You can start off with just 20 min. per day, then gradually increase it to 30 min. or more. It can be walking, bicycling, scootering, skateboarding, rollerblading, favorite exercise videos, stationary bike, treadmill, martial arts, badminton, etc. Also adopt the attitude that exercise is playtime. Some people have lost weight without exercise, but don't forget that exercise has other benefits besides loosing wieght like upping the immune system, getting a really nice firm bod, upping self esteem, slowing down the aging process, etc. A good place for looking at various diets is the ******** website, which gives a short summery on each diet and rates them according to being healthy, cost effective, and hunger.
