Hi,
I am starting to work in the morning and am going to be eating breakfast. I know there are regular frozen waffles, low fat,and fat free. There is also regular syrup (TONS of calories) low calorie (100, 25 g. of carbs) and sugar free (about 40 calories, 4 g. of carbs)
I want energy but dont want to gain weight with all of the carbs. What is a good combination?
