Question GREEN TEA for weight loss..and other health benefits???

anyone a green tea drinker, or have any knowledge about the health benefits of green tea??
(I hear it's good for weight loss??)

Green tea is excellent. I don't know about weight loss but I do know it has heart healthy benefits AND is rich in antioxidants. I drink a couple cups per day.
Regular in the day and decaf in the evening.

I had heard the mixed thoughts on the weight loss issue with green tea and I wonder if caffeine has something to do with it? This is not a topic I am "fluent" in.

Keep drinking your tea!

I've also heard that green tea was great for weight loss because it speeds up your metabolism. It's also really good for your skin because it gets rid of the toxins in your body. But try to stay away from the tea bags...use the leaves instead, because too much of it is bad for you.

How much green tea is too much?
I have two cups per day, each with one tea bag....

Even if it does not have any weight loss benefits, to know it is such a great antioxidant is wondeful!!!
I am looking forward to the change!

Two cups a day is perfect. Not only does it help speed up metabolism, have a large quantity of antioxidants, but it is also supposed to make your bones stronger. I have been drinking green tea everyday for almost 4 years, and I have not been sick once. That is the only change I made in my diet, so I'm sticking to the idea that green tea has great health benefits.
