yogurt, nuts, beans, soy, cheeses, fish, fowl, more eggs--there are SO many sources of protein other than meat.
of course, meat is a very valuable source. I suspect that your "few times per week" plus all these other sources of protein probably form a larger fraction of your diet than you've thought. If you had really only been getting the amount of protein in two eggs per day (about 15 grams if they are big eggs), you'd be quite ill by now.
I think maybe a little studying up on foods and nutrients is in order.
