Hello

I've been goin to the gym since November, or somehwere around that time. I've always been slim, and always had a problem gaining weight. Obviously, they only weight I want to gain is muscle...
I was diagnosed with Clinical Depression and I lost 10 pounds (right now I'm 125 and 5'8" btw), and I FINALLY gained it all back, but it's been much harder than ever to gain weight. Earlier today, I had a first free session with a personal trainer, and we discussed my goals (flat abs, toned body, healthy diet) and he mentioned that I need combinations of Fats, Carbs and Protein as well as 5 meals a day since I usually eat 3 or less considering my schedule...
At times I think that if I eat that much, I'll never get those flat abs, although I'm REALLY really close to it, I just want them perfect (Janet Jackson type of abs LoL), and it's been really hard... He said that a good diet will make my body look much better..
Now for my question (sorry for all the writing), what would be great combinations of food for breakfast and meals for the rest of the day that will have those things in them? I would look in searchengines but I'd like to get peronal experiences, and my cable is going slow for some reason... So I'd REALLY appreciate any suggestions/answers that will help me..
