I don't think any of the Boost brand contains aspartame, but you may want to carefully check the label to be safe.
Obviously, it's healthier to have a real meal in most cases, but the ocassional meal replacement is safe in my opinion. I would consider other brands such as:

There are quite a few brands of meal replacements out there that are free of artificial flavors/additives/sweeteners/colorings, etc.
