Hello, I think it all depends on what diet you're on. Healthy snacks to me would be fresh fruit, lite string cheese, and vegies. Somewhat harmless (I did not say totally harmless, because too much of these may not be a good idea for me while they may be ok for someone else.)snacks are snacks I eat, but try to limit the amount of those type of snacks. Somewhat harmless to me are things like popcorn, (It depends on what is on it, so it can fall under the healthy category.) fat free chips, (I have got to have my chip fix, sorry guys.)baked tortilla chips, pretzels, beef jerky, cereal, (Got to have the sweetened stuff) rice cakes or treats, corn cakes, nuts, homemade low fat/fat free desserts, low fat granola bars, and seeds. Things I consider evil for me, but do occationally have some (half to 1 serving.) Hersey's kisses, Sweet Tarts, low-fat Doretos, and sour gummy worms. Stuff I will not touch are store cookies, regular chips, healthy choice products, candy bars, and snackwells. This is cool. What's eveyone else eating?
