Questions- feeling poor
I used to eat a lot (about 3000 calories a day, but I'm only 7 lbs. overweight), and I was constantly hungry. Suddenly in the beggining of June I wasn't hungry at all, and I ate a lot less (from 1000-1500 calories). I mainly eat fruits, vegeetables, dairy, and grains. Ever since then I've been feeling poorly and I've been drinking less water. I used to drink only water and about a gallon a day, but now I also drink milk and only 5-6 cups of water a day.
My question is why do I feel poor? Is my body just getting used to my new diet, or do I need to eat more?
