All of your meats & eggs are high in protein. If you are trying to lose weight, I would watch the intake of red meat. You can also get protein from dairy, peanut butter, & soy products. Far as a low carb foods, that would be anything that doesn't have flour or any startchy foods (potatoes, squash, rice, corn). Your veggies are low in carbs, but this is a good carb.
