I know alot of people ask this but I want your opinions aswell to how I should alter my diet. My goal is to lose fat and retain muscle.
Breakfast
Slimfast shake with some watermelon
or two soft boiled eggs and half glass of V8 smoothie (has soy protein)
Lunch
Salad with chicken or ham in it
Snack
Yogurt, Apple, or Melon
Snack
Cottage Cheese, Fruit, Yogurt, or Cheese
Dinner (usually late, but I gotta live with it cause thats when mom cooks it lol)
Chicken or Steak with salad and cottage cheese
or some kinda of meet with noodles/rice, cottage cheese, veggies, or salad. (whatever she puts together)
I do Jazzercise (aerobics/weight training) 3-4 times a week. Walk, Swim, The Firm videos, or Pilates the other 3-4 times a week.
