You don't have to have the juice. I happen to like it but, if I ran out then I just wouldn't have it that day or days.
Actually, my question about this diet when I first started was.......do I have to follow the meal plans, etc. Well, obviously the answer is no as I didn't and I continue to lose (currently 15lbs). I just paid attention to the short sheet that says foods to enjoy and foods to avoid. Sure, once in a while I made some of the recipes but, not very often. |
