Michi's ladder is a part of the power 90 system. It is basically a paper with catagories of how healthy and unhealthy food is. The bottom of the paper is filled with fast food..cookies...all the stuff that tastes real good. The top is all the good stuff. What you should be eating for a healthy diet. I basically spent about $90.00 on this program so they could tell me not to eat mcdonalds and eat salad. So just eat healthy foods and you'll be on the top of the ladder.
