Exclamation i need to gain weight

I recently got over being sick and lost about 15 pounds and am already skinny as it was. What can I eat to put on the pounds, but still be somewhat healthy???

as long as you eat more calories than u burn, u will gain weight.

you don't have to eat doritos, etc if you are eating enough to maintain your weight right now (weight x 12) then
to gain about 1 lb per week, eat 500 calories more each day (3500 cals = 1 lb)

If it were me, I don't have a weight gaining problem...lol, but if I did, I would drink lots of milkshakes! Yum! Good luck, and welcome!

I have the same problem, except smoking and some other substances are the cause. Recently cut down on them. I notice you could gain weight if you sleep more often in the day. Like naps. Try to eat as much as you can and then sleep. Repeat the process.

Might i can how much you weight ? and age and height?

Thanks for all your input everyone! To answer your question, I weigh 110 and am 5'5 and 24 years old. I used to weigh 125 before I got sick. I think I lost some muscle mass too.
