I like to add a boullion cube, or some herbs to the cooking water. It's also good served with Bragg's Liquid Aminos, or soy sauce.
Also, there is good old breakfast-style rice...butter, sugar, milk, and a little cinnamon. Not the healthiest dish, but it sure tastes great.
