look on the nutrtion label on the box. under carbs, you will see "sugar". basically, this product is just sugar, empty calories. if you decide you like to eat it, just know it doesn't provide any real nutritional value and there are better choices to satisfy a sweet tooth (fruit, yogurt, fat free pudding? at least you get nutrients/calcium from these). also, the protein is from gelatin which can't be absored by the body.
there's sugar free jello too but it uses artificial sweetners. i eat this occasinally.
