Hi! I have to say that I really hate any type of "diet pills". I have used them in the past and I think anyone will tell you that besides the side effects (heart racing, trouble sleeping), that as soon as you stop taking them you will more than likely regain most, if not all, of your weight. Really try to just change the way you eat. And don't listen to people who tell you "just don't eat." You HAVE to eat, especially breakfast. The more crazy diets you do, the more it will screw up your metabilism. I'm a big fan of organic food, although it is more expensive, so I also try to buy healthy food from the regular supermarket too. Write back to the board if you have any questions. I'll check back.
I hope this helps!
