sugarbabysweetie -I hope you are losing weight in a healthy way and not starving yourself!!
What you can do is add a little more food to your diet everyday and if you gain a few pounds, don't freak out! Just back off a little until your weight doesn't fluctuate much, or start walking or exercising a couple days a week. This will raise your metabolism so you can afford to eat a little more without gaining. Also you should take a multivitamin tablet everyday if you're not already.
Your parents are right -you shouldn't worry about your weight so much. Remember, you are a beautiful person inside and out, and you should be happy and enjoy yourself the way you are!!
