Post What else good to drink besides WATER???

What else is good to drink besides water? I've tried to give up on soda, of course, but I've been going crazy trying to find something satisfying and healthy to drink. Green tea is good, of course. But Cranberry Juice (most) are just cocktails filled with sugar, etc. Now if I get the 100% juice, it is not just cranberry juice, but mixed with apple and other juices--also . . . they also contain so much sugar, so are 100% juices bad for the teeth? Or is natural sugar okay?
So I'm desparately looking for something besides water that is thirst-quencing, healthy and not bad for your teeth. I'm tired of scouring labels and going home confused.

try adding things to your water. i fill up a water bottle with orange and lemon slices. if you want the sugary juice, try adding just a splash of it to your water. i can't drink bottled juice full strength so i dilute it with water anyway. substitute sparkling water in juice for a cocktail. juices at trader joes and in the healthfood aisle are usually 100% juice. my favorite is vegetable patch juice. make your own iced tea with only a little bit of sugar or use splenda. flavored waters are pretty good (smartwater, fruitwater, etc.).

I used to be a HUGE soda fan, but I really like Propel and now I choose to drink Propel and even water over sodas. Propel is a little pricey, but sometimes it is on sale.

I love the sparkling waters from Arrowhead. They used to have cherry flavor but they stopped making it
so now I drink the other flavors. Zero sodium, zero calories. It's just a touch of flavor, not overwhelming. And I love the carbonation--it really quenches my thirst.

I also allow myself ONE soda a day and my favorite is Fresca (the diet grapefruit drink). I squeeze 1/2 a lemon with it, and ooooh it's very good.
