Post losing the fat on my cheeks!??!! helppp

I'm kinda obsessed with myself. I always look into the mirror and see that I'm fat. I have kinda fat cheeks(Depending on the time of day). It's like throughout the day, my cheek muscles tighten and loosen at its own will.

I hate that "cheek line" that i have, you know that one that's next to your nostrils and extends down to around the corners of ur lips.

Anyway, I need to trim down on the fat there. Chewing doesn't help. But I've heard that drinking water a lot can make it worse... I don't know, I just hate my appearance.

Do you need to lose weight? If you are overweight, maybe you should consider that. Any weight you lose (or gain) will show up in your face. It will get bigger or smaller depending on how much you weigh. You should know that some people just have naturally chubby faces, but they can still look beautiful. If anything, water will only help. You should try to drink at least 64 oz. a day. It will help flush out any fat that you lose too. Good luck!

Hello yea. I am like you, I look at myself in the mirror alot, and i also have chubby cheeks. I see alot of people my age without them but i have them. I am very fit and i do not know why i can not loose weight in my face. I have tried eveything, drinking lots of water, facial excercises, SPF protection to reduce puffyiness, i have a good diet. I have looked allready for months now and nothing seems to work. I also try to stay as skimmy and fit as i can because people say that i will grow out of it, b/c i am 17 yrs old. So i would liek to ask anyone for advice on my problem. Please someone help me. This seems to drop my self esteem and my confidence. I need help.

Maybe your body is retaining alot of water, one main cause would be too much sodium in your diet. Try going on a low sodium diet, it should help.

1) You can't choose where to lose fat - sorry but that's the way it goes.

2) Maybe you just have chubby cheeks and will have chubby cheeks no matter how thin you are, what do your parents look like, this could be genetic.

3) Those lines you're talking about are called laugh lines and they're supposed to be there.

4) Drinking a lot of water does NOT make people look fat. In fact, drinking a lot of water helps to PREVENT water retention, making people look thinner.

It sounds to me like you have to come to terms with what you look like.
You sound young and this will come with age.
