Has anyone heard of the apple cider vinager pills? If so, any good reason to take them?

I personally think it's a waste of money & has no benefit.

I bought two different brands of those pills & they did nothing for me.

Good luck if you decide to try them.

hey newbie.....a friend of mine just gave me a bottle but i wanted to read a bit more about them but she liked it. if you want to learn more about 'em do a general search of the internet of apple cider vinager and one of the listings leads you here to health boards and losts of postings about it. that's how i found this site. good luck!
