Thanks so much for that. I've been trying to eat more protein, and I actually just started introducing EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids) into my diet, so maybe that will help. I don't recall if I mentioned it in my original post or not, but I'm actually allergic to wheat (which is practically in EVERYTHING)so I also just started eating different grains, like Spelt bread, too. I just want to look thin, but ultimately, HEALTHY.
