I tried Atkins and after a 15 pound weight loss could go down no more unless AMOUNTS of food were tallied.
I discovered that it's the ONLY thing that needs be tallied and my weight doesn't care whether I eat fat, protein, or carbs...or even alcohol. A calorie (or point) IS a calorie (or point.) |
