Hi, i wish to speed up my metabolism to have more energy and helping burning fat... Which pills (like stacker2, hydroxycut, LeanSystem7, Xenadrine...) should i take ???

PS : Should i take Phentermine or Adipex ???

Present weight = 240Lbs
Desired weight = 160Lbs

whoa, slow down there zippy. Not all weight loss supplements are dangersous, some of them do work but, they do not work all by themselves. If you are trying to loose weight and are dedicated to whatever program or method chosen then you will loose weight. If you are taking weight loss supplements and hoping to loose weight without modifications in food consumption and physical activity you are dreaming.

Some ingredients that can assist in a weight loss regimen are:

Chromium Picolinate
Caffeine (that's why green tea works)
yerba mate
gymnena sylvestre (balances sugar levels)
niacin
soy glycolipids
7- Keto DHEA
bitter melon

All of these have been shown to provide some benefit to dieters.

There is no magic bullet.
