Hello, Portion size doesn matter if you are counting cals. If you eat 2 servings, because you couldn't figure out the portion size, then you are eating double your cals. As far as cooked or uncooked...Some meats do srivel up when cooked. If you're really worried, then do a science experiment...Take a piece of raw meat and weight it out to 3 oz., which is considered a single serving. Now, cook it and re-weigh it. That way you can see if there really is a big difference in the weight.
