You are so right!!! I've found if you just cut out, or cut back, the things that put the weight on you you'll lose slowly but safely. My problem area is carbs. Especially ice cream. I'm like an insane person when I get around it. So, I just don't keep it in the house anymore.
You sound like a very smart person. But, or course, if you're from Chi town. (Me, too, originally - south side)
