Question What is a good vitamine
I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on a good vitamine. I would like something that is good for my skin (face) an hair.

What about a multivitamin and mineral tablet. These contain most of the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

As for skin, Apparently garlic pills help.

I just got womans one a day multivitamin/multimineral supplement which is good. What does garlic do for the skin ??
