All that I can say is, "Don't do it!" If you starve yourself, you may lose weight in the short-run, but you'll badly damage your body, and metabolism, in the long-run. What I would recommend is eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, etc...and exercise
