i suggest talking to your dr to see what kind of excercise would be ok for you - maybe u can do moderate activities, but even getting daily walks in would help burn off some calories.
what kind of foods do you eat? the type of foods you eat may digest too quickly, causing you to be hungry sooner.
things that help curb apetite
-some protein with every meal
-fiberous carbs (whole grain products like whole wheat, veggies)
-eating whole foods (foods in natural, or close to natural state)
- i love oatmeal. its nutritious and filling.
-drinking more water
