I used to drink tons of this stuff back before I started getting panic attacks, don't get panic attacks anymore but I don't care to try my luck with a red bull.

There are ingredients, when taken in moderation, are supposed to be good for you. Taurine is supposed to be good for your heart, and there's B vitamins in there. However these are megadosed in red bulls. And there's no telling the health effects of overdosing on some of these ingredients. I've heard it can be seriously detrimental to your health.

Not to mention the carbonation is horrible for your kidneys.

I'd make sure to keep it in moderation.

I like the sugar free redbull and I have one once a week or every now and then. I wouldn't have it every day.

Redbull is not good for you because it's loaded with sugar. if you drink them all the time, try the sugarfree ones. This way you aren't getting all the empty calories. They still wont be good for you, but they are a better choice.
