Since Wednesday, I have literally had no appetite... I am neither hungry nor full, not even an empty feeling, not just anything.. i have managed to eat at least 1200 cals a day because i dont want my body to go into starvation mood... I'm not stressed or upset or anything so I dont know what is causing this? any ideas?
Have you done anything different then usual since Wednesday? Are you taking any kind of supplements? I know that some kinds will actually make you not hungry. If you're not then I have no idea what may be causing you not to eat. If it carries on for long, I would probably get that checked out just in case.

I would definitely try to eat 1200 calories per day, even if you feel like not eating. Your body still needs it's nourishment to stay strong and without that..you would probably become weak and start to feel sick. I'm not sure if the birth control would have anything to do with it, but maybe the best way to go would be to ask your doc if your eating problem has any link to the pill.
Just thank the GODS and enjoy it while it lasts. The opposite thing, where you can eat anything that's not nailed down and still be hungry is the more annoying scenario.
