After giving birth that is normal in the belly area. I really carved out my physique about a year after my daughter was born 18 years ago. I ran almost every day and weight trained really hard for 5 days a week. I had no cellulite and I have been for many years doing alot of squats and walking lunches and my legs are still pretty tight even for a 27 yr old woman and i am 47..Try the weights they are a Godsend..Good luck, Lisa
