Is this way of having vegetables ok?

hi..
well i have a question.

i dont like to eat veggies..... not at all.... and now i am trying to do this diet by adding lots of vegetables in my diet and not not taking fats n carbs too much..... which i think would be really great for me.

anyway, i tried eating boiled but couldnt... so i tried a new thing by bvoiling lots of spinach, carrots, a few slices of tomoto, few slices of potatoes, beans and this other thing i cant remember the name of....
after boiling them i added all the vegetables to the blended and made a paste... then heated the mixture, added salt n pepper and it didnt taste bad at all... i can actually have it everyday.

now my question is, is it safe and healthy to have vegetables like this? does blending make it any different and will i have the same benefits of veggies eating this way? and what about the fibre?

Absoultely not that is perfect. I make soups like that all the time to change around boring veggie recipes. Your best bet to keep any veggie from losing it nutritional value is to pressure cook them.

Thank you SO MUCH Moxie and popermac for replying.... you have no idea what a relief it is to know that its the 'perfect' way.... actually its the only way i can have veggies.... i am a piece of junk... i love junk fod... everything thats crispy and FIRED... DEEP FRIED...

thanks once again... i was worrying too much that the fibre wont be tha effected because its paste now.. lol... GREAT!
