I was thinking of going on an all-natural diet...fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and lean cuts. Everything grilled, no extra sauces...a lot of fresh salads. No soda, no fast food...it's tough bc i was always REALLY skinny...i excersied all the time but ate whatever i wanted...i feel like im out of options...I was also thinking i should start taking a multi-vitamin...do you guys think this is a good idea? |
A healthy diet is always a good idea. But don't expect yourself to go completely without a goodie now and then or you'll fail. Lifestyle change rather than diet is best approach and have patience. I didn't lose weight either for a year of effort which included some diet changes and exercise, but then it started to slowly kick in and I've been able to maintain it because I don't deprive myself but rather limit myself in the diet area more. I lift weights which has shaped me up but my lack of cardio is something I'm currently working on.
I used to be able to eat everything too and be skinny. That's the tough part, at least it was for me, to suddenly realize that won't work anymore
