How can i find out how many calories I need to intake in order to remain my weight. I am 5'3", 130 pounds, and a female. If i then take off 500 calories per day, how much weight will i lose per week? (If i only take off like 300 and lose 200 extra each day by running is that equal?)

Well This Is a difficult one....it is something that can only be estimated. Do an Internet search for BMR and you will find many sites that can calculate this for you.
Theoretically IF you decrease your Calories by 500 or Burn 500 More Calories a day you will lose 1lb a week.
The Tough part is Finding what the Right amount of calories is for you. Every ones metabolism is different. There are many different things that will affect your metabolism.
Your Best Bet is Finding your BMR and then Finding the BMR that you would have if you were your ideal Weight. Eat The Amount of calories that your Ideal BMR would be.....Then Burn any additional claories by exercise. This way when you reach your ideal Weight you will already be eating the correct amount of calories to maintain that weight.
IF you dont see any progress then try lowering calories by 100-200. It may be that your metabolism is slower then average.
