I'm on my period this week. Today is my second day on it and all day i've been craving ONLY sugar. Honestly, the only real food i've eaten was a bowl of cereal for breakfast and a small piece of pizza and salad for dinner. Everything else was either a "no-bake" cookie, a rice krisipe treat or a "mini chocolate chip cookie". Was this due to my period and is it okay if i have one day like this? I'm going to work out tomorrow and eat healthier.
I hate days like this beacuse two days earlier i was doing so good on my eating plan. I stick to it for a few days...then bam! Its all gone.
