ocurt,
Is there some physical reason why you are trying to drink 64 ounces of water a day? Or are you doing this because you've been reading the "experts" that we're all dying of thirst and we'd better all drink 64 ounces of water a day or some unspecified bad things will happen?
I mean, how has your life been up to now? Are you constipated? Do you drink fluids in some other form besides pure water (soup, coffee, fruit juice, etc)? Do you have any health problems because of drinking 63 or fewer ounces of water per day?
Some of us (meaning me!) do fine with drinking lots of fluids all day, and we feel thirsty and dehydrated if we go for several hours without drinking any. But I know lots of people who are in fine health without drinking much water. It is possible to get lots of fluids from our foods. If your body is objecting to drinking lots of water, then my suggestion is not to go crazy over it -- listen to your body. If you were fine up to now, and your body is objecting to vast amounts of unaccustomed water, then cut back on the water.
