I am tired of eating junky food from my school' cafeteria and don't want to save my stomach for fast food after school. I was wondering what ideas you guys have for healthier lunches (hopefully non-processed and organic) that will help me with a little protein, fiber, calcium, and prevent me from getting gas (yes I seem to get gas with whatever I eat for lunch).
I've tried making bologne sandwiches, but it screws up my stomach and sometimes causes my stomach to get gas bubbles. I've tried eating the school's pasta salads and tuna, but they never make me feel even slightly filled and don't taste as great since it's plain pasta w/mayonaisse or something and plain tuna, and I go on hunger binges after school lol. I do eat fruits for lunch and I really like it, but I need something else to go along with it that is inexpensive. I don't want to spend $5 every lunch, I'd rather spend $5-10 a week for 4 days of lunch.
what do you guys think?

I eat sandwiches every day... whole grain bread, tofu meat (from smart deli), cheese, mustard. I would love to have lettuce on it, too, but I'm just too lazy. :-) I also bring yogurt or applesauce. Nuts are good, too.
