Well that depends on what your diet normally is, and how much and what kind of weight you want to lose. I know what the other posters said, and it is true to an extent, but remember this: no amount of exercise can combat a poor diet when it comes to improving your physique. I am more curious as to why you can't stick to your diets. Intelligent, progressive dieting is not difficult. Most people just try to make drastic changes in their eating habits in a week. It won't happen and you will never stick to it. A smart diet will start where you are at, and slowly progress week by week until you are eating where you want to be at.
