Spray Butters......... - Diet & Nutrition Message Board

Ok so there are a couple brands of spray butters:
I cant believe it not butter, SmartBeat & a couple others I dont remember the names of.

My question is that the bottle says 0 Fat but on a couple forums I have explored say that there is 1 gram of Fat for 5 sprays AND that there is a total of 90 GRAMS OF FAT IN ONE BOTTLE!!!!! Is this true????

If anyone knows the truth here I would really apreciate it.....

Wow - I am going to have a heart attack if that is true b/c I probably spray 90 sprays on one broccoli floret! Haha. No joke! I love that stuff!!!

They can't put zero grams of fat on the bottle if there actually is fat in it.

I believe it's 0 grams of TRANS fat.
You can use a whole tablespoon of Molly McButter sprinkles and it's only 15 calories with no trans fat AND no saturated fat. Especially good on baked potatoes.

Thanks guys.........I am still freaking out thou. I can not believe the things I have read about this stuff. LS I LOVE LOVE LOVE it too!! I hope its not true too.....
