Here is a soup recipe that Weight Watchers puts out and I find very filling...
They give it 0 points for 1 cup / 42 calories
3 C. Fat Free broth (Chicken or Beef)
2/3 C. Carrots, sliced
1/2 C. Onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed (1/2 tsp. minced)
1/2 C. Green Beans
1 1/2 C. Green Cabbage, diced
1/2 C. Zucchini, diced
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. oregeno
Spray 1 1/2 to 2 qt. sauce pan with non stick cooking spray oil. Saute carrots, onion and garlic for 4-5, minutes. Add broth, beans, cabbage, tomato paste, salt, basil and oregano. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add Zucchini and cook for additional 5 minutes.
I made a double batch and put 1 cup portions in the freezer.
