I'm 5'3'' and I'm 130 lbs. I am trying to get down to 120. My problem is the weekends. During the week I eat very healthy, no proble. But as soon as the weekend comes, I'm always out with my friends, going out to eat, going out for icecream, ect. I usually loose 2 lbs during the week and over the weekend I gain it back. It is just a cycle! How do you guys survive your weekend? I know that when you go out to eat, your saposed to eat half and take the other half home. But honestly....it sounds much easier then it is, and rarely I would do that. Or ordering a healthy option, rather then something that tastes better. Its hard! Any advice?
