Fat free diets are horrible for overall health. You heart and organs need fat to keep working. Your skin and hair will look horrible and fall out if you don't eat fat. There are good fats and bad fats: The fat in mcdonalds food (pure saturated and trans fat): bad
The fat in nuts, fish, dairy,cooking oils, ect: Good.
Please Hannie, don't think that you will gain weight if you eat fat because you won't. You can eat 1,500 calories and 4 grams of fat or 1,500 calories and 60 grams of fat and weigh the same. I PROMISE.
