You know, I always had ice cream & yogurt & cheese my entire life. Now,every time I eat it, I get gas..even when taking lactaid. I'm starting to think that maybe milk is just not as good for you as once thought!!! Whenever I knock it out f my diet, I feel better & also break out way less. They say that milk leads to fat loss. Well, when I stay away from it, I lose a little weight. Anyone have similar feelings on milk?
