Ls, instead of second guessing it, why dont you jsut accept that you ate a good size, because you clearly didn't OVEReat, so there is no problem any way you go. There is no 'magic' portion size for anything, it's all up the person. Yes there are rough guides that people should strive for, but healthy, normal people don't think about that necessarily, and they just eat to hunger.
