I agree with Mark. You need to increase your protien and fat consumption. Maybe if you pair the fruits with some form of fish, chicken, or other meat you might be able to meet this need. If you're more vegan, as many people are these days

, I would suggest eating more legumes (like beans, etc.), as a bean and rice dish are a whole serving of protien, as well as other combinations (which I would have to look up

).
I tend to crave fruits in the summer months, so I know what it's like to want those yummy, juicy foods. It's funny, though, because I have been eating a lot of salami lately (loved this stuff since I was little, anyway

), and I normally don't like a lot of heavier things in the summer. I think that I am more aware now that I, too, need to make sure that I eat enough protiens and fats at this time of the year, so I may be hyper focused on it (??). Anyway...
