I agree, keep at it. The only other thing is that you need to vary your diet. Even if you are eating healthy, the same old foods can make our metabolism sluggish. You need variety and a bit of spicey stuff like a bit of hot chilli in your food can fire up the metabolism.
A lady at work eats super healthy, has a home gym, plus swims, plus does dancing and who knows what else and her weight dropped and refused to budge any further, she had a thyroid test and saw a nutrisionist and nobody can figure out why she has gotten to a point and can't move further. She has been at it for at least a couple of years now. Her body structure is of the more heavy set and she is very big boned. All the females on her mothers side are like this. She does look a lot better than when she first started and her body has more shape to it, plus she has dropped a couple of sizes, but she would like to drop more, but can't. She thinks genetics have something to do with it too and that she is meant to stay at the point where she is now.
As for yourself, one month isn't much and you can't solely lose weight in one spot. It's likely you are losing weight bit by bit all over. Ive heard exercise is best done in the mornings or early part of the day, so maybe you need to look into what other forms of exercises you can do, eating foods which fire up your metabolism, perhaps have a blood test to check if your thyroid is ok and a detox is supposedly a good idea too.
