constantly hungry

hi there

i am not sure if this is where i am supposed to post this....

WHAT can i do abot this irritating hunger!!!
I eat healthy, but i cannot get rid of my hunger.
In order to try and solve this i snack on fruit.....but this is getting out of hand, because my fruit intake is RIDICULOUSLY high.....which is also not very good.

Why can my hunger not go away? ( i do drink water,i.e it is not dehydration)

how much are you eating..i believe it was you who posted about a diet consisting of all fruits and vegetables..if that's what you're doing, you likely just aren't eating enough. Even if you are eating a variety of foods, you shouldn't ignore your body- like you said, it's not thirst, so just eat more- fruits and veggies can only fill you up so much..you also need substantial food like protein and carbs and fat to keep you satisfied.

What do you currently usually eat in a day?

hey girlygirl

well....what i normally eat (when i am not detoxing):

Breakfast: bowl of all bran flakes with skim milk and an orange
about 2.5 to 3 hours later i have fruit
Lunch: fish with veggies and a fruit
2.5 to 3 hours later fruit
dinner: fish and veggies

i know it probably sounds boring, but im not bored with it.
I also eat fat free natural yoghurt and drink coffee ( i dillute filter cofee and if its instant coffee, i use half a tsp of granules) with lots of skim milk.

hope you can maybe deduct something.....
will i lose weight on this eating plan?
also....i really crave more fruit and veggies...should i give in?

You definitely aren't eating enough that's for sure...I;m surprised you asked if you will lose weight because given this plan I would assume you'd already have noticed you should be. You have no fat or carbs in your diet at all, which is not healthy at ALL, and you lack basically a lot of everything..minus fruit and maybe veggies. If you insist on continuing this ridiculous plan, switch to 2% milk, add nuts to your bran cereal, put some oil or butter on the veggies or fish or soemthing, add some rice or pasta to your lunch and dinner and even a snack or two between meals. You would definitely be hungry because you basically just aren't eating enough! I would recommend you consult a nutritionist or a doctor regarding your diet plan if you are interested in losing weight in a healthy way, because this way is unsafe and unhealthy at its best.

You need to eat more fat to feel full and satisfied. Why do you insist to eat just fruits/veggies? Yes they are good for you, but not good without anything else. This diet is majorly lacking in calcium, B vitamins, carbs, etc.

Why not make a healthy, BALANCED plan? If you keep eating this way, you'll binge sooner or later
