| probiotic question
recently i was feeling very bloated in my stomach, especially about an hour after a meal (a feeling like i need to burp but can't), so i thought it might be something with my 'friendly' bacteria as i don't eat yoghurt or anything like that. today bought yakult (wich contains lactobacillus casei shirota only) to try. i wonder is that enough or should i try something else? i don't want to take probiotic pills cause they make me very badly bloated. however i've read many good things about yakult, gonna start it tomorrow.
or is it better to take a drink that contains different bacterias in one, what's the difference between them?
