Well, I looked it up because I didn't know what Tahini was. Apparently, it's a paste made from gound up sesame seeds.
It's 675 calories for a half cup. Around 19 grams of protein, almost 61 grams fat, 24 grams of carbs, 10 grams fiber, and no cholesterol.
The whole 14 oz can of chickpeas has around 457 calories, around 19 grams of protein, and about 86 grams of carbohydrate, almost 17 grams of fiber, and no cholesterol.
The garlic and lemon juice don't have any cholesterol either so if that's all you're concerned about, you're good. This stuff sounds yummy but fattening. Hopefully it makes a lot of very small servings.
