
<----Yeah thats what im all about right now, being CONFUSED! Anyways in the last 5 months i wa son a diet to lose about 40 pounds, i weighed 185 and 5'6 so i need to be down to about 145-150 and i did it by going to the gym 4 days a week, eating better and its great i lost so much weight, all the hard work paid off. The problem is occuring now i cant seem to sustain a weight......I eat ALOT! usually every meal and crap in between 2 i wanan sustain like 145/150 and i cant seem to gain weight, i can eat a horse and my body just seems to lose weight by itself now, i stopped going to the gym and im down to like 139, *** is wrogn with me? why if i eat so much but i still lose weight, its scaring me? Anyone? know what my body is going through?
Do i really just have to eat like a cow everyday? to gain like 5 pounds.
